1. Eligibility
- Driver must be at least 21 years old.
- Driver must hold a valid Indian Driving Licence.
- International customers must carry a valid International Driving Permit.
- The renter must provide valid government-issued photo ID and address proof.
- Only the registered renter or approved additional drivers may drive the vehicle.
2. Booking & Reservation
- Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Confirmation is provided only after successful payment or booking confirmation.
- Prices may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
- Vehicle category may be substituted with an equivalent model if necessary.
3. Rental Duration
- Rental starts and ends at the time specified in the booking.
- Minimum rental period: 24 hours.
- Late returns will incur additional charges (see Section 8).
- Early returns are generally non-refundable unless specified at booking.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000–₹25,000 (depending on vehicle category) is collected before vehicle handover.
Deposits are accepted via UPI, debit/credit card, or bank transfer.
The deposit is refunded within 3–5 business days after vehicle inspection, provided there is no damage, missing accessories, or outstanding dues.
5. Vehicle Usage
The renter agrees not to:
- Use the vehicle for racing.
- Use the vehicle for illegal activities.
- Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Overload the vehicle beyond its rated capacity.
- Transport hazardous materials.
- Use the vehicle for commercial passenger transport.
- Allow unauthorized drivers.
6. Fuel Policy
- Vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel.
- Vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level it was delivered with.
- Fuel shortage will be charged at prevailing market rates plus a refueling service fee.
7. Kilometre Policy
- Rentals include a daily limit of 250 km. Excess kilometres are charged at ₹10/km.
- Unlimited-kilometre plans are available on select vehicles for an additional daily fee — ask our team when booking.
8. Late Return Charges

9. Traffic Violations
The customer is responsible for:
- Speeding fines
- Parking penalties
- Toll violations
- E-challans
- Any government penalties incurred during the rental period
10. Accident Policy
In the event of an accident, the customer must:
- Inform the company immediately.
- Inform the nearest police station when required.
- Cooperate with insurance procedures.
- Avoid admitting liability without authorization.
11. Insurance
Basic insurance is included with every rental. Insurance does not cover:
- Negligent driving
- Drunk driving
- Damage caused by an unauthorized driver
- Off-road driving
12. Breakdown Assistance
In case of a breakdown, contact our support line immediately for roadside assistance. The customer is responsible for reporting the issue promptly and cooperating with the recovery team.
13. Vehicle Inspection
Vehicle condition is recorded before pickup and at return. Customers should inspect:
- Exterior
- Interior
- Tyres
- Fuel level
- Accessories
14. Damage Charges
The customer is liable for:
- Scratches and dents
- Broken mirrors
- Lost keys
- Interior damage
- Missing accessories
- Tyre damage due to negligence
15. Cleaning Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
- Excessive dirt
- Smoking residue
- Pet hair
- Stains
- Odour removal
16. Smoking & Alcohol
- Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited.
- Consumption of alcohol while driving is strictly prohibited.
17. Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior approval. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
18. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged 25% of the total rental amount.
- No-shows are charged the full rental amount.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
19. Refund Policy
Security deposit refunds and eligible booking refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
20. GPS & Tracking
Vehicles may be equipped with GPS devices. Tracking is used for safety, theft prevention, and operational purposes.
21. Restricted Areas
Vehicles are prohibited from being driven into:
- Border areas
- Off-road terrain
- Flooded roads
- Regions restricted by local authorities
22. Vehicle Recovery
If the vehicle is abandoned or impounded due to customer negligence, recovery charges, legal expenses, parking charges, and towing charges will be recovered from the customer.
23. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must:
- Lock the vehicle when unattended.
- Carry the original driving licence at all times.
- Follow traffic laws.
- Return all accessories provided with the vehicle.
24. Company's Rights
The company reserves the right to:
- Cancel bookings.
- Refuse rentals.
- Recover unpaid dues.
- Terminate rentals in case of misuse.
- Repossess the vehicle if terms are violated.
25. Privacy Policy
We collect name, phone, email, driving licence, identity documents, and location data (if GPS is installed) solely to facilitate bookings, verify identity, and ensure vehicle safety. This information is not sold to third parties.
26. Limitation of Liability
The company is not responsible for:
- Personal belongings left in the vehicle
- Missed travel plans
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical failures beyond reasonable control
27. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
